The online high-stakes cash games have been going strong this past week, with some of pokers biggest names in action. Phil takechip DAuteuil has been making some noise lately and even earned the distinction of the weeks biggest winner with $414,354 profit in 47 sessions of 5,897 hands. In addition, that score was good enough to put him in seventh place on the yearly leaderboard with $1.389 million in profit, second only to Rafi refaelamit Amits $1.813 million on PokerStars.

Other winners this week included Peter GARFIELD25 Chan, who banked $377,261 in 55 sessions of 8,145 hands, and !P0krparty?, who won $229,571 in 22,680 hands spread over 133 sessions. While the latters identity remains unconfirmed, many in the poker community believe him to be Harry Kaczka. Rounding out the top four was Ville Wahlbeck, who earned $210,335 in a mere 14 sessions of 2,256 hands.

Less than $100,000 separated the top ten losers of the week. Rui Pepperoni Cao had the unfortunate distinction of topping that list after losing $194,252 in 50 sessions of 6,629 hands. Others on the list included Brian $tinger 88 Hastings (-$126,426 in 23 sessions/1,591 hands), Rafi refaelamit Amit (-$124,379 in 61 sessions/6,464 hands), and Jen Jeans89 Kyll?nen (-$112,425 in 57 sessions/3,865 hands). Interestingly, last weeks biggest winner, Romain moirhums Arnaud, lost most of his winnings by dropping $117,074 in 14 sessions of 2,000 hands this week.

Friday Fun for Bradstreet

The early morning hours of Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, were relatively slow on the virtual felt, although Martin alexeimartov Bradstreet was busy grinding $50/$100 pot-limit Omaha and $25/$50 six-max PLO. He played 11 sessions and won eight, primarily at the latter tables.

In one hand, doncarignano ($18,917.50) opened for $100 under the gun, Bradstreet ($33,694.50) called from the big blind, and the two were heads-up to the 5?4?K? flop. Bradstreet checked, "doncarignano" bet $150, and Bradstreet woke up with a check-raise to $517. "Doncarignano" responded with a three-bet to $1,773, Bradstreet called, and the 3? appeared on the turn. Once again, Bradstreet check-raised his opponents bet of $2,650 by making it $11,718 to go. "Doncarignano" simply moved all-in for $17,044.50, Bradstreet called the additional $5,326.50, and the cards were turned up:

Showdown
Bradstreet: A?8?7?6?
doncarignano: K?K?6?2?

"Doncarignano" had flopped a set of kings, but Bradstreet managed to turn a straight. To win, "doncarignano" needed the board to pair on the end, but it was not meant to be as the 6? bricked. Bradstreets hand improved to an eight-high straight and he took down the $37,860 pot.

In another hand at the same stakes, Bradstreet ($12,809) opened for $150 and received a call from verve.oasis ($10,489.25) on the button. Pylusha ($20,971.50) then exercised his option in the big blind with a three-bet to $625, which both his opponents called. When the flop fell K?3?J?, "Pylusha" checked, Bradstreet fired out $1,077, and only "verve.oasis" made the call. The 8? turn saw another bet by Bradstreet, this time $4,051, and a call by his opponent, leading to the 4? river. Again Bradstreet bet and "verve.oasis" wasted little time in calling off his last $4,736.25 with Q?10?8?6?. While "verve.oasis" had rivered a flush, it was second best to Bradstreets king-high flush. Ship the $21,628.50 pot to Bradstreet.

All told, Bradstreet collected a $72,000 win on what was otherwise a lackadaisical day.

GARFIELD25 Erases Yearly Debt in One Night

Peter GARFIELD25 Chan, a 43-year-old online pro from Canada, had quite the Tuesday this past week, winning $485,000 at the $50/$100 PLO tables. That win essentially erased his losses from the entire year, which totaled approximately a half million dollars. Who were Chans victims you might ask? One was Phil MrSweets28 Galfond, who dropped $167,000, and another was Brian $tinger 88 Hastings, who lost $96,000.

Hastings was actually involved in the biggest hand of the day, albeit on the raw end of things. In the hand, Rui PepperoniF Cao ($38,062.55) opened for $300 from the cutoff only to have Hastings ($62,793.34) three-bet to $1,100 from the button. Chan ($124,020.14), who was in the small blind, then made it $3,820 to go, Cao folded, and Hastings made the call, leading to the 9?A?Q? flop.

Chan led out for $5,400, Hastings raised to $16,700, Chan three-bet to $58,257, and Hastings moved all-in for $716.35 more. Chan made the call and the cards were turned up:

Showdown
Hastings: A?A?2?6?
Chan: 10?8?Q?J?

Hastings had flopped the nuts with a set of aces, but he needed to dodge the open-ended straight draw of Chan. The 6? turn gave Chan even more straight outs, and the K? river completed that draw. Just like that, Chan came from behind to steal the $126,064 pot.

DAuteuil Takes Chips on Thursday

On Thursday, Phil takechip DAuteuil was busy grinding the no-limit holdem and PLO tables and did quite well. In one hand at $50/$100 NLHE, 0Human0 ($13,460) opened for $300 under the gun and !P0kerparty? (29,013.75) three-bet to $1,000 from the button. DAuteuil ($50,396) decided to exercise his option in the big blind with a raise to $2,700, "0Human0" folded, and "!P0kerparty?" five-bet to $6,100. A call ensued, followed by the Q?J?J? flop, and DAuteuil checked, allowing !P0kerparty? to bet $3,200. DAuteuil responded with a check-raise to $6,900, !P0kerparty? three-bet to $11,000, DAuteuil moved all-in for over $44,000, and !P0kerparty? called off his remaining $11,913.75.

Showdown
!P0kerparty?: A?A?
DAuteuil: J?10?

!P0kerparty? had the granddaddy of all hands preflop, but DAuteuil managed to crack it by flopping trips. The 6? turn changed nothing, and the 10? river improved DAuteuil to a full house, good enough to win the $58,426 pot.

In another hand, this time at the PLO tables, DAuteuil ($55,541.90) opened for $300 and was immediately met with a three-bet to $1,170 by Peter GARFIELD25 Chan ($53,052.69). The rest of the field got out of the way, DAuteuil four-bet to $4,080, Chan five-bet $12,780, DAuteuil called, and the flop came down 4?2?3?. DAuteuil checked, Chan bet $16,675.75, and DAuteuil moved all-in for $43,761.90. Chan called off his last $23,596.95 and the cards were turned up:

Showdown
Chan: K?Q?J?10?
DAuteuil: 9?8?6?4?

Both players had flopped flush draws, but Chans was best in that regard. However, DAuteuil was ahead with a pair of fours. That improved to two pair on the 9? turn, while the 7? fell harmlessly on the river. Chan couldnt catch and watched as the $106,332 pot was sent to DAuteuil.
