Day 35 of the 2015 World Series of Poker was one of the more quiet ones of the summer. Only four tournaments were on the docket and the only third day of an event failed to produce a winner. Still, the stage was set for an exciting Day 36.

Day 2 of Event #59: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em is in the books. 309 players returned from the starting field of 2,155 and while Guiliano Bendinelli holds the chip lead, none other than 2006 WSOP Main Event champion Jamie Gold is right behind him in the chip counts with 37 players remaining.
