WSOP Day 37: Online Battle Begins, Lindop Wins, and Elezra Taming the H.O.R.S.E.
With the noon tournament being replaced by the first ever online bracelet event over on WSOP.com, Day 37 of the 2015 World Series of Poker was a rather quiet one at the Rio. However, one bracelet was handed out, four others got closer to doing the same, and a final six was set online.

Alex Lindop Wins Event #59 $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em
An extra day was added to Event #59 $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em and the UK's Alex Lindop came back Thursday to win the bracelet and $531,037 first-place prize. After 2006 WSOP Main Event champion Jamie Gold busted fifth Wednesday, four players returned to battle for the title with Lindop eventually beating France's Aurelien Guiglini heads up. The final hand saw Guiglini call of his remaining chips with two-pair only to find Lindop holding a full house.
The win marked Lindop's fourth WSOP cash lifetime, although the previous three were all under five figures.

Little One for One Drop Down to Final 14
The Little One for One Drop began its third day of play with 128 players. After ten levels of play just 14 advanced to the fourth and final day.
Leading the charge for the $645,969 first-place prize and WSOP gold bracelet is Jason Caulk with close to seven million chips. Among those still stacked are Paul Hoefer (6,355,000), Chris Hunichen (5,205,000), Senovio Ramirez III (4,165,000), John Reading (4,545,000), and Mario Lopez (4,305,000).
Those who cashed on Day 3 but did not survive include Matt Stout, David Paredes, Men Nguyen, Craig Mccorkell, and Jonathan Little. Play will resume at 2 p.m. Friday with plans to put the final table of nine on the WSOP live stream once they get there.
Just 34 Bounty Hunters Remain
Day 2 of the WSOP's first ever bounty event saw 281 players return from a field of 2,178. After ten more levels of play that number was down to 34 with Vojtech Ruzicka holding 2,115,000 chips and the overnight lead.
The bubble burst early on with names like Celina Lin, Eddy Sabat, Steve Dannenmann, JC Tran and Liv Boeree all cashing, but failing to survive the day.
Those with big stacks heading into Friday's Day 3 also include Jack Duong (1,139,000), Peter Murphy (747,000), John Myung (694,000) and Ray Yamasaki (650,000). Play will resume at 1 p.m local time with a WSOP gold bracelet and $333,351 first-place prize up for grabs.
Just 20 Remain in the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E Championship
Just 20 players remain in the hunt for the 2015 WSOP $10,000 H.O.R.S.E Championship title after two days of play. Day 2 began Thursday with 122 left of the 204-player field and three-time WSOP bracelet winner Eli Elezra in the lead.
Elezra now sits third in the final 20 with Andrew Barber and Frank Kassela above him. Other big names still in contention include 2005 WSOP Main Event winner Joe Hachem, 1998 WSOP Main Event and 2008 WSOP $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. champ Scotty Nguyen, 2014 WSOP bracelet winner Brandon Shack-Harris and legendary three-time WSOP bracelet winner Barry Greenstein.
Play will resume at 2 p.m. local time Friday with a WSOP bracelet and $517,766 first-place prize hanging in the balance.
Live Final Set in First Online Bracelet Event
The first ever WSOP online bracelet event drew 905 players to WSOP.com today, creating an $859,750 prize pool that paid 100 spots. Along with a WSOP bracelet, first place will pay $197,743.
Eight hours in they were down to the final two tables with 'imgrinding' building a huge chip lead. In fact, by the time they were down to 15 players 'imgrinding' wasn't just the only player over the one-million chip mark, he held a massive 2.6 million-chip stack.
The WSOP live streamed the event on Twitch and speculation ran wild as to all the players' identities. In the ninth hour of play the event reached its final six players and play was halted.
All the players' identities will be revealed to the world when the final six return to play down to a winner live at the Rio Saturday, July 4 at 12 p.m. local time. Here's how they will stack up when play resumes:

$1,500 Stud Hi-Lo Draws 547
The 2015 WSOP Event #65: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better drew 547 entries Thursday, creating a $369,900 prize pool that will pay 56 spots. A min-cash is worth $2,754 and the winner will take home $180,943 and a WSOP bracelet.
By the time 10 levels of play were through, approximately 144 remained with 2014 WSOP $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball champ Steven Wolansky appearing like the overnight leader. Todd Brunson, Allen Kessler and Jesse Martin also bagged big.
Play will resume at 2 p.m. local time Friday.
Friday will also see the start of two new events, including two starting flights for the $777 LUCKY SEVENS No-Limit Hold'em at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. and Event #67: $10,000 Dealers Choice Championship starting at 4 p.m.
