Introducing the $67,500 PokerStars PokerNews Freeroll Series
Every week from Sept. 1 through Dec. 5, players who have downloaded PokerStars through PokerNews will be eligible to participate in a weekly freeroll that has a massive $5,000 prize pool!
New players who make their first deposit onto PokerStars during the qualification periods will be automatically be awarded a ticket to the next available $5,000 freeroll, plus by using the marketing code "POKERNEWS.COM" and the bonus code "STARS600" new players will be eligible for a 100% match up to $600 first deposit bonus!
This PokerNews-exclusive promotion is also open to existing players too, provided they signed up to PokerStars through PokerNews links and used our marketing codes; thus becoming a member of Club PokerNews. Existing players who meet this criteria then have to earn just 25 VPPs during the qualification period to be able to take part.

In addition to winning a share of the weekly $5,000 freeroll, the players who finish in the top 30 places will be awarded with points based on their finishing positions. The top 15 points earners at the end of the promotion will win a share of $7,500! The minimum prize is set at $50 and the eventual leaderboard winner will add $1,500 to their bankroll! This should be enough incentive to play in each and every one of the 12 weekly freerolls.
