A player from under the gun plus one limped in before Carter Phillips raised a little bit larger than his standard open to 825 in order to account for the limper. Markus Golser called on the button and then the limper called as well.

The flop came down {9-Hearts}

. The first player checked to Phillips, who fired a continuation bet of 1,725. Golser folded and then the other player folded as well, giving Phillips the pot.

Two hands later, Phillips opened to 600 and the big blind called. This was the same player that limped and called Phillips' preflop raise moments prior. The two took a flop together and watched it come {9-Hearts}
