Paon Pounding

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Romain Paon opened to 12,000 and Andre Akkari in the big blind made the call from the big blind. Akkari check called a bet of 14,000 on {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades} and both players checked the {7-Diamonds} on the turn. The {10-Clubs} fell on the river and Akkari bet out 21,000. Paon raised it up to 62,000 and Akkari made the call. The Frenchman showed {7-Spades}{8-Spades} for a full house, Akkari mucked.

Not much later Paon opened to 12,000 again, this time from early position. Mustapha Kanit in the big blind three-bet to 39,000 and action was back on Paon. The man from France four-bet to 55,000, but was forced to make it 61,000 not much later. Kanit called.

Kanit check called a bet of 65,000 on {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, only to check-fold to Paon's 110,000 bet on the {10-Hearts} turn.
