Babero Busts Wettstein; Loses Some After

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Nacho Barbero opened from early position and called a three-bet by Philippe Wettstein out of the blinds to see a flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Wettstein continued for 23,000 and Barbero called. Steven van Zadelhoff said that Wettstein then bet the {K-Clubs} turn and shoved the {A-Diamonds} river with {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} to get called by Barbero with {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} in order to hit the rail.

Soon after, Barbero raised to 13,000 and Andrea Rocci flat-called from middle position, as did van Zadelhoff on the button, Aaron Gustavson and the big blind. On the {J-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop, Barbero continued for 26,000 and just Rocci called to see the {K-Hearts} turn. Both players checked and Barbero's bet worth 47,000 on the {8-Hearts} river.

Rocci quickly called and Barbero's {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds} ended up second best to the {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} of Rocci.
