Jiang Takes from Dumont

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Soon after coming back from the break, Nicolas Dumont limped in from the small blind and Honglin Jiang made it 120,000 to go. Dumont limp-raised to 380,000 and Jiang called. After a flop of {K-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}, Dumont continued for 260,000 and Jiang called.

The {8-Clubs} on the turn was checked by Dumont and Jiang checked behind after using one time bank extension. No betting action took place on the {A-Diamonds} river either and Dumont briefly flashed {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}, which Jiang had beat with the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}.

Dumont then raised to 80,000 and Josip Simunic defended the big blind. The flop fell {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Simunic checked before calling a bet of 75,000 by Dumont. Neither the {10-Diamonds} turn nor the {A-Spades} river triggered any action and Simunic turned over {K-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for a straight as winning hand.
