Michaelis drags the six-figure pot away from Julian Thomas

Action checked round, with the the coming down on the turn. Lehmanski and Michaelis both checked again, but Thomas decided now was the time to start applying the pressure, betting 11,500. Lehmanski quickly folded, and Michaelis made the call.

The landed on the river, which Michaelis checked over to Thomas once more. Thomas launched 35,000 in, but no sooner had he done so, than Michaelis made the call.

Thomas very gracefully revealed for a missed combo draw. Michaelis needed to look twice, but then happily turned over his for top and bottom pair, dragging the six-figure pot.
