While Andreas Eiler has had a rocky start, he more than made up for it and now boasts a stack of 77,000. His table previously featured Paul Michaelis, but the latest player to lift the EPT Main Event trophy has been eliminated by Eiler.
In the previous level, Michaelis raised 300 and called a three-bet to 1,200 by Eiler from one seat over on the button. On a 
flop with two diamonds, Michaelis check-raised to 700 to 2,600 and Eiler called to see another king on the turn. Michaelis bet and Eiler called. After the 
river, Michaelis jammed for 17,500 with pocket treys for a full house to get snap-called by Eiler with kings for quads.
While Michaelis can re-enter today still, he will likely take the rest of the day off and try again tomorrow.
