Shoving Time; Tang Sees Through Heath

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hossein Ensan shoved twice all in and received no callers. Danny Tang and Ben Heath both got a walk in succession.

An orbit later, Tang limped in from the small blind and Heath checked. Tang bet 80,000 on the {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop and got called. Both players checked the {J-Spades} on the turn.

On the {2-Diamonds} river, Heath tried to pick it up with a 145,000 bet but Tang was having none of it. He called with {K-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and bested Heath's {Q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a missed straight draw.

Tang Takes from Ensan

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Danny Tang made it 170,000 to go first to act and Hossein Ensan called out of the big blind. On a flop of {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, Ensan checked and Tang bet 130,000. Ensan was having none of it and check-raised to 575,000, which Tang called a few seconds before his shot clock had run down.

The {10-Hearts} turn went check, check, and Ensan also checked the {4-Diamonds} on the river. Tang bet 630,000 and Ensan folded to drop to the bottom of the counts after spending quite some time near the top throughout the day thus far.

Liwei Sun
Liwei Sun

Sergio Aido raised to 160,000 from the hijack and Liwei Sun three-bet all in for 570,000 from the cutoff. Aido asked for a count and called to create the following showdown.

Liwei Sun: {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Sergio Aido: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}

While the {9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and the {6-Spades} turn were blanks, the {K-Spades} fell on the river and that improved Aido, eliminating Sun in 6th place for a payday of 116,000.

Small Pot for Kisacikoglu

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Ben Heath raised to 125,000 and scooped the blinds and antes. His next open raise to 125,000 saw Orpen Kisacikoglu shove all in from one seat over and Heath folded.

Hossein Ensan raised to 125,000 from the cutoff and Kisacikoglu came along from the big blind. On a flop of {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, Kisacikoglu checked and called a bet worth 175,000 by Ensan. The {K-Spades} turn and {10-Spades} river brought no betting action from either player and Kisacikoglu tabled the {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} as winning hand.

Tang Takes from Aido Again

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Danny Tang made it 140,000 to go from under the gun and Roman Emelyanov in the hijack, Sergio Aido on the button and Hossein Ensan in the big blind called. The flop came {K-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and it was checked to Aido, who bet 175,000. Only Tang called before both checked the {3-Clubs} turn and {10-Hearts} river.
