Sandoval Wins Without Showdown

Level 5
: 300/500, 500 ante

More than 6,000 was in the middle from preflop action with two players holding cards. The flop came and Daniel Sandoval checked under the gun to his opponent in the cutoff, who bet 2,000.
"How much is it?" asked Sandoval from the opposite side of the table. The dealer confirmed the amount and he called, bringing the turn where action went check-check.
The river fell and Sandoval reached for chips, grabbing 3,300 and tossing it into the felt. His opponent thought for a second, shook his head, and then sent his cards to the center of the table to earn Sandoval the pot sans showdown.
