One for the Dutchies!

Since the Dutch national football team are bringing misery to their people with their early display at Euro 2012, it's a good job they also have Vincent van der Fluit to bring them cheer. He took down the $1,500 PLO event earlier in the series for $265,211, and he's going along very nicely in this event to.

Vladimir Shchmelev limped in from first position before Danny Noam moved all-in for his last 900. Van der Fluit called but Shchmelev had other ideas and raised. Call.

Noam and Van der Fluit drew one and Shchmelev stood pat. The betting action went a little crazy here as Shchmelev bet 1,200 and three-bet 3,600. Van der Fluit raised to 2,400 and four-bet to 4,800. Shchmelev called.

Both of them stood pat and Noam drew two, which prompted Brent Roberts to offer Noam good luck.

Shchmelev check-called two more bets from the Dutchman and watched him open {4-}{2-}{5-}{3-}{7-}. I think Shchmelev swore in Russian at what he was seeing and mucked his hands. Noam had already mucked by that point and left his seat.
