Hands #87-91: Kitai and Ruberto Continue to Lock Horns

Level 28 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #87: Davidi Kitai 90,000 and Tony Ruberto called in the big blind. Both players checked the {8-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}. The {10-Spades} landed on the turn, Ruberto bet 85,000 and then folded to a raise to 300,000 from Kitai.

Hand #88: Ruberto completed his small blind and Kitai checked in the big blind. Ruberto checked the {Q-Clubs}{3-Spades}{9-Spades} flop and called a bet from Kitai. The {4-Spades} was the turn card, Ruberto checked it, Kitai bet 110,000 and Ruberto called.

The river card was the {8-Clubs} and both players checked.

King-high said Ruberto as he turned over {K-Spades}{2-Clubs}, which lost to Kitais {j-}{9-}.

Hand #89: Ruberto limped in on the button, but Kitai was not letting him see a cheap flop and he made it 130,000 to go. Gordon Vayo called from the big blind and it was heads-up to the {4-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop.

Kitai made a continuation bet of 90,000 and Vayo called. The {7-Clubs} made an appearance on the turn and Kitai welcomed it with an 180,000 bet. Again, Vayo called.

The river was the {10-Spades} and now Kitai checked. Vayo took up the role of aggressor and bet 260,000 and Kitai called.

Vayo turned over {Q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and won the pot with his pair of queens.

Hand #90: Kitai limped on the button, Vayo folded and Ruberto checked his option. Ruberto then checked to Kitai on the {K-Spades}{3-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} flop and then check-raised Kitais 55,000 bet to 235,000 and Kitai ducked out of the way.

Hand #91: Vayo folded his button, Ruberto completed the small blind and Kitai raised to 130,000 and Ruberto called.

A {6-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop was checked by both players. The turn was a third six, the {6-Hearts} and Ruberto check-called a 65,000 bet. Both players checked the {A-Spades} and chopped the pot as they were both playing the board, Kitai with {Q-}{3-} and Ruberto with the {J-Spades}{8-Spades}
