Hand #104: Gary Friedlander raised to 550,000 and also earned the blinds and antes.
Hand #105: Friedlander raised to 550,000 and Bill Stabler defended his big blind. Stabler bet out 550,000 on the 
flop and Friedlander folded.
Hand #106: Hamilton-Hill raised to 525,000 and Stabler made it 1,425,000 from the small blind and that was enough to win the pot.
Hand #107: Friedlander raised all in from the small blind and won.
Hand #108: Friedlander raised to 550,000, then folded to a shove from Hamilton-Hill.
