It's Time for Event #64: $840 Turbo Bounty No Limit Hold'em

Shoma Ishikawa won the first Super Turbo Bounty
Shoma Ishikawa won the first Super Turbo Bounty

To top off the action-packed Sunday night on GGPoker, Event #64: $840 Super Turbo Bounty No Limit Hold'em will deliver one of the fastest roads to a bracelet. Similar to the $525 Super Turbo Bounty that kicked off the series back on Sunday, July 19, players can expect fast and furious action right off the bat.

The first Super Turbo Bounty was won by Shoma "pp_syon" Ishikawa, who did so in a record-breaking three hours and fifteen minutes to defeat a 2,214-player field on the opening night. This event won't be as fast featuring 8-minute levels instead of 4 but the event will still be held at a breakneck pace.

Players will start off with 25,000 in chips (125bb) and late registration will be open for 90 minutes. Levels are 8 minutes each and unlimited reentries are allowed if players run out of chips, with progressive bounties worth $200 each to start off with. Plenty of notables such as Pete Chen, Felipe Ramos, Danny Tang, Betrand "ElkY" Grospellier and Kitty Kuo have already signed up to shoot for WSOP gold.

Make sure to stay glued to PokerNews as we'll crown three bracelet winners tonight!
