Racing from the Starting Blocks

Level 1 : 125/250, 30 ante

In the first half of the very first 15 minute level, a dozen players have doubled their Double Stack. Among them: Ping San "Garfield" Chan, Aleksander "Instaprincez" Doan, Abhishek "Metalhead98" Gubba, Matthew "Yellowbuddah" Train, Mikko "harp13" Harala, rickypunting and ImEtason. So far roughly the same number of eliminations, which makes sense.

Play Begins in Event #75

Level 1 : 125/250, 30 ante

Event #75: $300 Double Stack No Limit Hold'em has just begun, with over 700 players in seats for the first hand of this bracelet event. With one of the more pocket-friendly buy-ins on offer at this years WSOP, we expect the number to rise quickly throughout the 210 minute late registration period. The 50,000 starting chips provide a truly deep-stacked format, with two optional re-entries should they prove insufficient.

Among those in their seats with the first virtual cards in the air are Volodymyr "Vojd777" Khuhol, Eshed "DailyKnight1" Hadaya, Alexander "pato_1" Debus, Pete Chen, Kosei Ichinose, Niklas "NikkyMouse" Ehrenholz, Peter "BIG CHI" Chien, Nehme "NightKing" Jose, Ricky "pktrkts" Lee, Kristian "ADelaney1991" Froysadal, Maulik "5BetNinja" Shukla, Ivan "Negriin" Vilchez, Alex "00Sonic" Ung, and Oleksandr "positivemind" Shtanko.

The 2020 GGPoker World Series of Poker Online Bracelet Events are on the home stretch and just 10 of the coveted gold bracelets are up for grabs until the end of the festival on September 6th, 2020. One of them will be awarded today in Event #75: $300 Double Stack No Limit Hold'em, which kicks off at 2 p.m. CET.

It is the 10th and final event which counts towards the Asian Time Zone Events leaderboard and comes with a starting stack of 50,000 in chips. All levels until the nine-handed final table will last 15 minutes each and the late registration is available for the first three and a half hours, during which all participants can re-enter a maximum of two times.

The winner of the Asia Time Zone Events leaderboard will receive a unique Gold Dragon and Brazil's Luis "Xapilskinha" Assuncao Garla is in the top spot thus far after taking down Event #55: HK$8,000 NLHE Asia Championship. Several other fellow bracelet winners can be found in the top ten and a very deep run by one of them could still shake up the leaderboard.
