Ali Imsirovic Eliminated in 6th Place ($278,840)

Level 23 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic raised to 975,000 in first position, leaving himself just 175,000 behind.

As he has been known to do, Lin chose to gamble in the big blind and moved all-in. Imsirovic called.

"Not like this", said Imsirovic as the cards were placed on their backs.

Ali Imsirovic: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Ren Lin: {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}

But it was like that for Imsirovic as the {j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop brought a pair for Lin, and the {2-Clubs} turn and {10-Clubs} river couldn't save Imsirovic, who was eliminated in sixth place.

Badziakouski Leaves Chidwick with a Single Chip

Level 23 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

On a flop of {8-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, Stephen Chidwick fired out a bet of 700,000 chips (with a single 25k chip behind) and was called by his lone opponent, Mikita Badziakouski.

The dealer burned and turned the {6-Spades} and both players checked.

The dealer dealt the river card {3-Hearts} and Chidwick checked again. Next, Badziakouski placed a single one million chip in the middle and Chidwick laid it down, and Badziakouski was awarded the pot.

Koon Raises Negreanu, Lin Disappointed

Level 23 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu opened to 700,000 in first position, but was then raised by Jason Koon to two million, leaving himself only 200,000 behind.

Action folded back to Negreanu who said he liked having his healthy stack of chips, and decided to fold.

Ren Lin couldn't help giving a playful needle to Negreanu who he's dubbed as his 'coach', saying, "What's this? You taught me no gamble no future. I need to find a new coach."

Negreanu Doubles Through Imsirovic

Level 23 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Ali Imsirovic shoved for 4.8 million from the cutoff and directly behind him, Daniel Negreanu called off for his last 3.6 million on the button. Everyone else folded and hands were revealed.

Ali Imsirovic: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Daniel Negreanu: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The {4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts} runout kept Negreau's cowboys best and he double through Imsirovic.

Imsirovic Doubles Through Badziakouski

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic raised to 500,000 from early position. The action folded around to Mikita Badziakouski who moved all-in from the big blind and was snap-called by Imsirovic.

The hands were tabled and it was the {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} held by Imsirovic that was all-in and at-risk versus the {a-Spades}{8-Clubs} held by Badziakouski.

The dealer ran out the board of {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and things ended as they began, with Insirovic ahead, and he secured a double-up and survived his all-in.

"C'mon Boss Man!"

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Ren Lin's playful table talk has kept the mood light at the final table, and a particular favorite of Lin's to poke fun at is Stephen Chidwick, who he's dubbed "Boss Man"

Recently, Chidwick opened a pot to 575,000 which Lin then three-bet to 1.45 million. Chidwick took some time, then called.

The players saw a flop of {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Spades}, and after Chidwick checked to Lin, he broke out his now trademark catchphrase when moving all-in, "no gamble, no future!", and shoved his stack forward to put Chidwick at risk for his last 2.2 million.

Chidwick gave it 90 seconds of thought before folding, eliciting another decree of "touchdown Tom Brady!" from Lin as the chips were pushed his way.

Lin said a seemingly disappointed "c'mon Boss Man", as he stacked Chidwick's chips which have now put him solidly over six million.

Badziakouski Continues to Build

Level 22 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski opened to 500,000 from the cutoff and found one caller in Daniel Negreanu in the big blind.

Negreanu check-called a 300,000 bet from Badziakouski on the {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop and a 1.2 million bet from Badziakouski when the {5-Clubs} fell on the turn.

Both players checked on the {q-Hearts} river and Negreanu tabled {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for a pair of jacks.

They were no good, however, against the {q-Spades}{10-Hearts} of Badziakouski for a rivered flush and Badziakouski dragged the pot.
