Lin Eliminates Elias

Level 16 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Barry Hutter opened up the betting pre-flop when he raised it to 120,000 chips. Ren Lin reraised him to 325,000, and Darren Elias moved all-in for 1,270,000. Next, Hutter laid it down and Lin Tanked and called.

It was a flip as Elias held {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} versus the {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} held by Lin.

The dealer ran out the board of {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, and it was Lin's queens that held, which in turn eliminated Elias from the tournament.

Level 16 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Ali Imsirovic
Ali Imsirovic

Ali Imsirovic raised from the cutoff and got a call from Elio Fox in the big blind.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Fox checked to Imsirovic who bet 135,000. Fox responded with a check-raise to 350,000 which Imsirovic called.

On the {5-Diamonds} turn, the players checked through to see the {8-Hearts} fall on the river.

Fox led out for 400,000, and after using a pair of time bank chips, Imsirovic called.

Fox showed {a-Hearts}{4-Spades}, while Imsirovic showed a winning {k-Spades}{2-Hearts} to take the pot and move well over three million chips.

Matthias Eibinger raised to 100,000 in early position and got called by Elio Fox on the button.

Fox then checked the {6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop, and Eibinger continued for 80,000, which Fox called.

The turn brought the {8-Hearts} and the players both checked.

On the river {k-Clubs}, Eibinger bombed it for 275,000, and after some thought, Fox opted to call.

Eibinger showed {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for a world of missed draws and a river bluff, while Fox showed {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for a rivered top pair.

Fox vaults over two million chips with the win, while Eibinger slides under 700,000

Leng Doubles Through Roungeris with Aces

Level 15 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Ryan Leng
Ryan Leng

In a limped pot on a flop of {8-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, Ryan Leng moved all-in and was called by Antonios Roungeris.

It was the pocket {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} held by Leng that were at-risk and trailed the {k-Clubs}{3-Spades} for two pairs held by Roungeris.

The dealer burned and turned the {7-Clubs} and Roungeris remained ahead.

The river card {a-Clubs} spiked the set of aces that Leng needed to survive, and he survived his all-in and secured a much-needed double-up.
