"Rollercoaster" Aldridge Again Quartered by Rheem

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Ken Aldridge
Ken Aldridge

In a five-way limped pot, Chino Rheem bet 300,000 on the flop of {2-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{q-Spades} and only Ken Aldridge called.

Rheem bet the pot for 1,080,000 on the {k-Spades} turn and Aldridge moved all in. Rheem quickly called.

Ken Aldridge: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Chino Rheem: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}

Aldridge had the lead with a pair of kings until the {6-Spades} peeled off on the river to give Rheem a flush for the high and to also earn him half of the low pot.

"You did that twice to me!" Aldridge complained as he was once again quartered by Rheem.

"I'm gonna call you 'Rollercoaster' from now on," said Filippos Stavrakis.

Eli Elezra opened to 155,000 in early position and Filippos Stavrakis called on the button, while Ken Aldridge called from the big blind.

Aldridge moved all in for 90,000 on the {3-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and Elezra and Stavrakis both called. Elezra checked on the {3-Diamonds} turn and Stavrakis checked back. Both players checked again on the {6-Spades} river.

Aldridge tabled {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} to scoop the pot with a full house. Stavrakis showed {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, while Elezra's cards were washed before they could be noted.

Stavrakis showed {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for top two pair and the scoop.

Cowen Doubles Through Stavrakis

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Robert Cowen raised pot and Filippos Stavrakis called on the button, while Ken Aldridge came along from the big blind.

The flop of {3-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Clubs} checked through and Cowen bet pot to be all in for 385,000 on the {3-Clubs} turn. Stavrakis re-shoved and Aldridge folded.

Robert Cowen: {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}
Filippos Stavrakis: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}

Both players had trips and Cowen had the better kicker. The {a-Hearts} on the river improved Cowen to a full house and he scooped the pot to stay alive.

Rheem Quarters Aldridge on River

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Chino Rheem
Chino Rheem

Chino Rheem opened to 150,000 from the hijack and Ken Aldridge called from the button.

The flop came {2-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Rheem continued for 200,000. Aldridge called.

The {3-Spades} hit the turn and Rheem fired once again for 400,000. Aldridge thought for around a minute and then put his remaining 720,000 in front of him. Rheem called.

Ken Aldridge: {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Chino Rheem: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}

Both players were sharing the low and Aldridge was ahead with a pair of sixes.

Unfortunately, after Eli Elezra called it out, the {9-Hearts} hit the river, causing Aldridge to only get 25% of the pot.

Radanov Bluffs Cowen

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Damjan Radanov
Damjan Radanov

Robert Cowen was in a three-way pot and bet 90,000 on the board of {j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}. Damjan Radanov raised to 250,000 and the third player in the hand folded, while Cowen called.

Cowen checked on the {j-Hearts} river and Radanov bet 600,000. Cowen entered a deep tank that lasted around five minutes and eventually folded.

Radanov showed {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} for a stone bluff and Cowen slammed a handful of chips down in frustration as his opponent raked in the pot.

"He showed a bluff? He never bluffs!" commented Eli Elezra.

"He's joking. He knows I always bluff," replied Radanov.
