Marcos Exterkotter Eliminated in 23rd Place ($16,860)

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Marcos Exterkotter

Marcos Exterkotter had a rollercoaster of a few hands, first being left short by Axel Hallay after the Frenchman's {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} outflopped his {a-Spades}{k-Spades}. The flop was {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and that's where the money piled in. Hallay held on the {9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} runout to leave Exterkotter with 45,000.

He then found an immediate double with his {k-Clubs}{j-Spades} against the {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} of Ran Koller. Exterkotter paired his jack on the turn to give him some home.

The following hand he jammed for 185,000 before Dave Stefanski rejammed from the small blind. Nenad Dukic thought about calling his stack off in the big blind but folded.

Marcos Exterkotter: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Dave Stefanski: {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

Stefanksi's king-high remained best as the board ran out with the {a-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}.
