As the dealer laid out a K?7?6? flop, Alfie Adam declared, "Let me get my bet ready." He checked instead, and Chris Costa bet 7,000 from the cutoff. A player who asked to be called "Q" called from the button, Made Menyhard folded from middle position and Adam called behind.
