Jesper Hougaard made it 16,000 to go under the gun and it folded down to an exasperated Matt Novak on the small blind. Having just 12,000 chips remaining in total, he called all in, and and big blind John Dwyer decided to come along for the ride too.
The flop came down and Dwyer checked to Hougaard, who bet again. Dwyer folded instantly and they were on their backs for Novak's tournament life. "I'm live," he said cheerfully as he turned over , but still he was behind Hougaard's . No help from the turn or the river, and to a round of applause, Novak exited in 17th place.
